When I read about narcissists using divorce as the final "stick it to you" they weren't kidding. I'm a wreck! I truly hate him at this point and I want this torture to end! Never marry these people! Watch out if you are getting divorced. Not only does my divorce have potential to be put off for many more months, he's taking me to court after that! He's trying to ruin me. I pray honestly is what matters in the courts and that it prevails. I could have lied and been done a long time ago. I'm so frustrated. He can lie all he wants and I get screwed. His lawyer even knows he's lying now! I hate how the system works : (

Prepare yourself for a long haul. My ex was involved in a divorce for TWO years. She blamed it on her ex-husband, but I think that was projection.

I feel badly for you, Blue. I wish there was some advice that I could give you, but I'm ignorant on this subject.

It's in the court's best interest to prolong it because it guarantees then more business. Sorry to be the bearer or bad news... .
