This is just a small thing, but I've noticed that my heart's stopped racing so much. When I was with him and the months right after my heart would beat so fast it was frightening. I'd lie in bed listening to my heart pumping, trying to calm the anxiety, scared of the damage that was being done. Now, although I'm down and still fearful my heart doesn't race. It makes me feel that maybe I can pull myself out of this and I'm going to be ok.

That doesn't sound like a small thing at all Larmoyant.  I'm so glad to hear that your heart has stopped 'racing'. Wishing you continued peace and calm!

Not my heart but heart burn for me. When I was with my ex wife I was getting through a couple of packs a week. I cant remember the last time I had one and the heart burn stopped within a week of us splitting up. Just shows how stressful those relationships are.
