My NPD/BPD Xw is very high functioning, manuplateing, devious person. Her BF follows me. I don't care but it's so childish to have a 40 year old man spy on me. I know it's her putting him up to it so I just get a good laugh out of it.

Sounds like your ex has chosen a guy with little self respect and few boundaries. If as you say (and I'm sure you're right), that she has put him up to it, then he is just doing what she wants, and what she wants is for him to engage in anti social behaviour that at least in my country is called stalking and is a criminal offence.

My uexBPDgf stalked me for 6 months, then internet stalked me for another 6 months, and finally stopped 4 months ago. We only dated for 2 months and were friends for 2 months before that. What the hec!

It is hard to respect someone who engages in such selfish, pointless anti social behaviour.
