Hi My wife and I are  divorcing after being together for over 20 years. We are working through the process and I am somewhat hopeful that she will agree to majority custody with me and that overall our situation will improve. In the Meanwhile my  15  year old son has started to show signs of stress and anger (over last couple years but getting worse).  I want him to be able to express himself but I am concerned about things escalating out of control.  He started seeing a counselor but I am not sure if there are other suggestions for steps to take. Any advise is appreciated

Hi cycletime-

And welcome!  I'm sorry you're going through that, it is very painful and confusing, although not rare around here, we understand.  Can you tell us more of your story?  Telling us can be cathartic, plus there are lots of resources here, including a Co-parenting board, so there's a place to get good advice and interaction for all that is going on.  Please keep reading and talking as we all navigate our detachment and heal together.
