I'm so blessed to have my son's grandmother's support

Not sure this is appropriate to be in this forum but here goes.

Talking to my son's grandmother tonight, discussing child support and custody and I asked her why she thought her daughter cut contact with my son, her whole family and abandoned our son. I asked if it was another control issue and she replied:

"No I think she is mentally sick and probably can't handle a child right now"

This made me feel a lot more at ease about the upcoming custody fight for my son. With the mother of my ex on my side I believe the judge will listen to this case and take this into account.

Her family could look the other way but they have chosen what's right and they are fighting along with me to protect my son. This is amazing and I couldn't be more grateful.

I am happy for you that they are on your side... .are they willing to testify to that fact? She is mentally sick... .she is also an addict. You know addicts cannot deal with responsibility at all if they are using. She knows he is in good hands with you. She may still fight you eventually... .has she been served any papers?

I believe they will testify for my son and I, my lawyer wants to file next month.
