Just when I started feeling normal again

Hi.  After a long process of trying to heal from ex BPD NPD bf, out of the woodwork I got triangulated with ex's newest GF who sounds looney too!
A few mos ago, I got photos of the ex with his newest GF on vacation. I originally thought he had sent them, because I left left him, and know it was a killer for his ego.
Long story a bit shorter, I received multiple emails, that I honestly overlooked by accident( I get so many mixed with junk mail) . This newest GF was sending more pics ( I just recently discovered) of them together, with her children and pics of herself clad in bikinis and her underwear! In her emails, she said things that indicated we were being pitted for competition... telling me I was no match to her... .( I'm thinking ... huh? )  But what competition?  I had left a Merry Christmas message( big mistake) on ex's voice mail ... which started all this.
Anyway, I received nasty emails from her... .saying  he calls you an Immoral S&$@
To trying to later text messaging in the middle of the nite saying rediculous things... I had no idea who it was... or which one I was actually interacting with.
She told me he asked her to marry him, but she had to decline, because she knew he was sick. People this has been a mind Bender! I've have nightmares... for a week... It's too much to tell in this thread... but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything like this? I swear it has set me 10 paces behind and starting all the ptsd symptoms in me again from the abuse before... Help!  This is a nightmare... that doesn't end. They are both blocked and had my phone number changed... But this feeling of being stalked doesn't go away...

So sorry to hear your involved in the drama again. Hang in there, and remember that you are in control of your boundaries. Just ignore all of it and try to remember how crazy this all is. You don't want to be part of this anymore do you?
