Hey everyone,

One of the things that struck a serious chord with me when I was first learning about BPD and dysfunctional relationships was the statistic that 50% of people in a relationship with someone with BPD also had traits of their own. This has began a series of self-reflections that I am just beginning to learn about my own traits (there are plenty). Scary stuff.

My biggest realization was how bad my 'black and white thinking' trait was in relationships, friendships, work, aka everything?

Has anyone else had similar revelations?
