I have figured out that my Mom is BPD and my Dad is a Narcissist... And that I have suffered from BPD up until about 6mos to a year ago & I was a Narcissist during early 20's & I'm currently still Married to a Narcissist.

Yes, your name says it all. It is so healing when we can move from feeling something is wrong with us to realizing that we are so lucky to have survived all the abuse, and able to have a happy fulfilling life. So many people who have experiences similar to ours, never recover from the abuse.
