My husband and I have been married for 7 years and the last year has been hell for me and a emotional roller coaster. He is up and down says he loves me and a second later would say he hates me. I can't say how I feel because I dont want a arguement to start that lasts hours it's tiring and I'm at my wits end I'm trying to be strong for my kids I want us to be a family but the emotion I feel every day is when he talks to me and makes me feel like trash. There are moments also that he is so sweet and kind. I find peace when I'm at work I get a break from all of it but even then he calls and yells at me then will say he loves me. I just dont know what to do anymore.
