So do we have to post to join? Trying to figure out how to navigate this page and my relationship. It can be so tiresome and so much work. The mood swings and the cycles — just depends on if it’s a good day or a bad day for you know who -

Interested in seeing if I can learn from others in this group.
Thanks

RELATIONSHIP PROBLEM SOLVING
This is a high level discussion board for solving ongoing, day-to-day relationship conflicts. Members are welcomed to express frustration but must seek constructive solutions to problems. This is not a place for relationship "stay" or "leave" discussions. Please read the specific guidelines for this group.

Hello Imhere! I'd like to join Red5 in welcoming you to the boards!

I'm glad you've found us here. We are a supportive group with advice, tools and sometimes just a sympathetic (virtual) ear. We know what it's like to be in a BPD relationship -- it's not easy. I can speak from experience that members here have made a world of difference in helping me improve my relationship.

Feel free to share your story (as much as you're comfortable with -- the more we know, the more we can help) and check out other posts as well.

Red5 gave you a good link on navigation, but feel free to ask any questions!

Welcome

Let me join Ozzie101 and Red5 in welcoming you.  This is a great place to get support and learn coping tools to make things better.  As Ozzie101 invited, please share some of your story with us.  How long have you been with your partner?  Can you describe a recent conflict?
