Intense fear

Im not sure what my point in posting this is, i am just experiencing intense fear. My boyfriend has bpd. I believe i do too. I have suspected it for years now, but always dismissed it, though I've been told by multiple people that they believe i am, as well...

Anyway, my boyfriend is an addict. He keeps saying he needs to be in a psychiatric hospital or detox, and i agree, but i cant seem to convince him when he gets those, "maybe i can beat this myself" feelings ( that just justify his using, really). Are there any resources for people like us that need intensive therapy and cannot afford it, or at least a support group of some sort? A place to just talk to people, like a chat? I don't know what to do anymore, and the times i am not disassociating, i am afraid of the fear i could potentially experience.. its all so irrational and scary
