Overly dependent gf

Hi, my gf is overly depentent on me. She literary never leaves home without me. She says she is afraid of people. Her therapist suggested she is suffering from social anxiety. But its so exhausting having to walk her everywhere, I do not have any more time for my hobbies, social life etc.
Of course she never joins any party, friends gathering etc with me (doesnt want to).

I am getting so exhausted. Help pls. When I bring up the issue to her she responds angrily "This is just the way I am! You will have to be taking care of myself. Either accept that or leave me."
