Hello!  I have been married to my BPD spouse for 25 years, I did not realize until about 2 years ago that he was BPD until after some counseling. It has been a hard marriage. I am hoping to hear of others experiences so that I can find a way to navigate the difficulties without causing further damage to myself.

Hi!   Welcome new member (click to insert in post)  Glad you found us.

You are in the right place.  We have lots of people posting here who are in similar situations so you will have plenty of company.  We all support and help each other too.

Can you tell us a bit more about your situation?  What sort of behaviors does your husband exhibit?  How do you respond?  What things have you tried?  Sorry for all the questions.  it helps to have more details so when you are ready I hope you post more.  In the meantime check out the articles tacked to the top of the board for some great reading material.  Or you can jump in and post in other threads as well.

Again, Welcome
