I want to keep their spirit high but can only seem to do so for a short period. And mentioning my issues or concerns is fuelling a fire. How do i help when i cannot find the issue?

Read some of the guides on this website about interacting with someone with BPD, and post more details on the specific problems you have and we will try and help you.

It can get better but it may take time. I had to work on untangling myself from my bpd before I could do anything. Sound simple? It wasn’t. I lost who I was and didn’t really know how to find myself. All this is occurring while still living together. Walking was always a happy place for me so I started it up again. Find something you like to do and keep doing it. Start untangling. Find who you are again so you can see them clearly.
