Just got diagnosed... very scary to have a heavy label hanging over me. But at the same time I feel as though it gives me some sort of identity, even if it is a personality disorder. Got a book for my significant other to further help him understand this disorder but the more and more I read it the more upset I got. It made me feel like this big monster that only causes people to feel hurt... thats the last thing I want to do, it doesn’t make me feel good to yell and say hurtful things then beg for them to come back. It makes me feel pathetic.
