Therapist Abuse: be EXTREMELY careful who you go to for therapy.

I was heavily abused by a therapist who accused me of having BPD.

Spoiler Alert: I have autism. I never had BPD. I was put through hell and gaslit for over a year. My therapist pretty clearly got off on harming me.

This woman did so much damage to me that I am now in therapy for how she treated me.

Please be *extremely* careful who you choose as your therapist.
