3,5 months NC but still struggling

Well,

I’ve been on NC since I saw her with another guys.
She met this guy and shown the relationship only after 2 weeks on social media.
She never shown me in 1 year.
Cocaine addict, this guy is a heavy consumer.
What I still don’t understand, it’s why she still lurking on my social media with her fake account (I know it’s her because I grabbed her IP address).
I don’t know why she’s still here. Why she’s showing happiness with this guy when I got the devil version of her.
So many question still in my head.
Is anyone had the same situation? Will she come back ?
