I am looking for advice on Marriage Coaching.  I am worried that a coach who isn't familiar with BPD might have me going down fruitless paths.

Has anyone used any marriage coaching in the past?  Has it helped?

I am considering Marriage Helpers and  Geoffrey Setiawan  - but I am open to all sorts of ideas.

I would like to develop a clearer plan for how to save my marriage, if that is possible - and/or protect our children and myself.

I have read Splitting: Protecting Yourself While Divorcing Someone with Borderline or Narcissistic Personality Disorder
