Hello!
My adult daughter has recently been diagnosed with BPD. I'm not surprised but relieved to have finally found a doctor who did thorough testing and confirmed a diagnosis.
I am looking for help with coping skills. My other daughter and I have been on an emotional roller coaster for years as we've navigated the mine field that is BPD. Any suggestion?

Any resources, personal experiences etc would be much appreciated.
Thank you

Hello Hundo2,
Welcome - you'll find many hearts, here, that share your pain. The resources, here, to read through, are helpful.
One of the things I've been grateful for (and I wish I had known this sooner) is the technique of "going grey rock." This means being very careful to remain calm and economical or restrained with what we say to our child w/BPD, so that we're not giving them material to hang us with, whip us with, etc. - so to speak. Not taking the bait.
