I'm not sure how this works, but am willing to give it a try. I'm kind of at my wits end and don't know where to go.
I think my spouse has BPD, but also SAD and possibly a Narcissistic Personality Disorder and Anxiety Disorder. Even saying that makes me question myself.
I need help with my expectations and tools to make me healthier.
