Don’t fight the ups and downs so much.

Yesterday was an insane day, with ridiculous amounts of emotions coming up, I lifted weights, made food, punched my pillow, journaled, ranted to myself, had tons of thoughtful stuff I wanted to say, cooked, etc. I got up with all these big plans, I started to do them and struggled, I’m exhausted, depressed, struggling, there’s no sense in fighting it, I’m lazy, simple, plain old me. I’m going to love myself as best as I can, and rest, get comfortable, and be all too human. These are the days where I putter, take it slow, take a nap, wing it, but not forget to eat and drink, where i don’t give up completely but accept my limitations, until I regain energy and aim for balance again.
There’s nothing wrong with it, as long as you’re not stuck in it, it’ll be okay. Mercy.

It was basically a crap day, but I gotta say, being simple felt good, for a high minded guy like me. After the Narcissistic abuse meditation from my sexual thread rescued me, and I listened to Simple Man from Lynyrd Skynard and some pet time, it sure felt good to be this low pressure for once.

Another lazy day, it was hard just to buy food from Walmart online last night. Gonna take it easy and go back to the basics, like caring for myself and the pets, getting comfy, winging it again. Journaling, breathing and that narcissist meditation I’ve been doing sure help me work through stuff, but man does it wipe me out afterwards sometimes. Feel crappy.
