Book Description
This is a book written for someone with Borderline Personality Disorder, and/or the loved ones that are supporting them. It is a hopeful, positive outlook. The book is a compassionate and thorough look at information on managing the symptoms of BPD as well as coping strategies for the BP, the BP's friends, and the BP's loved ones. This book focuses on how to manage moods, develop lasting and meaningful relationships, and create a fulfilling, happier state of mind.

John G. Gunderson M.D., professor of psychiatry, Harvard Medical School, says this book "addresses questions that are commonly raised about this often crippling disorder and thereby provides a valuable public health service."
