Lonely weekends

I never realized how co-dependant I was for my activities in my life until I seperated from my uBPD wife. Everything I did was involved around family for the last 19 years.  I was never allowed to have single friends we only had couple friends. My weeknights I keep busy but the weekends I don't have my daughter kill me.  Any ideas of activities that I can do (not including going to the bar/not my type of thing).  I love being around people but I'm a shell of who I was because of this heart breaking experience.

Try meetup.com.  It has thousands of groups all over the country (not sure where you are, of course).  This can be a great way to start networking and meeting other people.

Your not alone. I spent all my spare time with my exBPDbf since my kids left. I am completely alone now. Its hard. Let me know if you find something other than the bar thing thats helps. I am not a bar person either.
