My Mom passed away
«
on:

My Mom passed away on January 25th. I was holding her in my arms when she died.
What I am having trouble with was my uBPD sister's total lack of empathy, her contacting insurance companies not even 3 days after Mom was buried about how to file claims for Mom's life insurance.
She showed no tears or emotions at the hospital or at the memorial service. In fact she talked about estate matters to me at the church after the memorial service.
My aunt and I were with Mom when she died. It was probably better that my sister with her negative energy was not there.
I miss my Mom. To know that my uBPD sister (sister in name only) is the only one left besides me is depressing.
I am not crying for my Mom because she is free of Alzheimer's and of being in a vegetative state after the stroke. But I am selfishly crying for myself.

I am sorry for your loss, Eureka. You were a loving caregiver to your mom. What a blessing that she was with you as she crossed from this life into the next. You are a wonderful daughter!
