VIDEO: "What is parental alienation?" Parental alienation is when a parent allows a child to participate or hear them degrade the other parent. This is not uncommon in divorces and the children often adjust. In severe cases, however, it can be devastating to the child. This video provides a helpful overview.

I've been bouncing between all of these boards.  I have visited the legal board to start to get information about establishing a plan.

I need some suggestions on how to cope with a uBPDH who doesn't talk.  He is giving me the silent treatment and this is the fourth week.  Any time we talk, he is so irrational and angry.  Funny, I heard him talking to his brother last night and he was so funny and energetic!

I started to try deep breathing exercises because I cannot breathe in my own house.  I am finding I am breaking down at night emotionally.

How are things now?

Do you have a plan?

Yeah, I know that, too, my exBPDbf once brokeup with me then he said that it was really hard for him, that he was avoiding me because he needed space to heal, that he was protecting me agaisnt him and was sorry, several minutes after that he invited all of our coworkers to his house in his country to have fun - he also wrote me telling me: "hey, why don´t you come, too?  Smiling (click to insert in post)"   It´s the BPD thing, I guess... .  you are painted black and they dettached, I guess!  :'(
