NC or LC really does help

I'm amazed after a couple days of NC - how much better I really do feel. My mind wasn't focusing on her - my mind was my own. I did have moments but then I went and did something for myself. My goal is one day at a time - but each day it gets a little easier.

It's taken me months of NC to get out of the fog. But it is like a miracle drug.
