I was here about 16 months ago, and joined in a couple of conversations, but mainly read.

I was given some tough but fair advice by a couple of people about how I was enabling my BPDex, and I finally made the big break, even though it involved me moving from the house and area I lived in. However, it was sound advice, if a bit tricky to believe at first I could enact.

I have twinges of regret about my BPDex, but read enough here to realise I would have left the relationship years ago if I hadn't been the kind to get those twinges. When I get twinges, I come here to remember quite how nutty it all was, and then I let those feelings pass.

So, thanks to these boards and thanks to those people who replied to my questions/queries. You helped me realise change was possible, but that *I* would have to do it.

Cheers all!
