Was granted a restraining order yesterday from my uBPDh.
Due to fear I sleep at night only when I am exhausted.
Due to all the things I need to do in reaction to his escalating rages these past two months, I am unable to sleep during the day.
I know that this is just the beginning and I am thankful for these boards, but will be working on a safe place to sleep.

Hi Mc!
Kudos to you for having the courage to take the first step to take back your life and what every person deserves, a safe and peaceful place to rest! I can assure you that once you have removed yourself from the daily toxic influence of your pwBPD, your sense of peace and safety will return. Stay strong, and know that you are on a healing path!
Best Wishes,

Hi Mcgddss,
Hang in there! It gets better.
You are going through some tough stuff, so be gentle with yourself and keep doing the right things.
Take care of yourself.
Just as you are, keep focusing on the eating, sleeping, safety. Go back to the basics.
and let us know how you are doing.

I have as well been having a very hard time sleeping. I have been going to bed at a reasonable time, but have been waking up well before my alarm clock everyday. As soon as a I wake up, all I can do is think about what has happened and what I am going through and what the day is going to bring. I start feeling my anxiety kick in and I can't fall back asleep. I have been so exhausted by all this.

Can't believe it has been a week - so much to do - I can't get through it all in one day - became a single parent in a day with very little support. TIRED!

I know. There's always too much to do. Just do the best you can every day and let go of the rest.
