Wondering if anyones had success after an extended period of NC. I'm basically two weeks into NC and told her I wouldnt see or speak to her again until she had six months of therapy under her belt.

Anyone ever have any success this way? I know it'll be easier for her to recycle an ex or find a new partner, but I'm hoping.

No guarantee ill even want her back in 6 months if she were to start therapy today, which I doubt will happen anyway. I feel fine without detatching fully, I'm in a better position today than I've been in a long time and don't mind heing alone, so I have no problem holding out for the chance something will change. I am on the leaving boards because I honestly expect to never see her again, as far as i know she hates me and could be with someone else as we speak, but just wondering if this is possibly gonna work for us, based on anyone elses experience... .
