Hi

I have an adult daughter with BPD we are both learning to manage together as she is now living with me after many years of living independently.  This has been extremely challenging at times but we manage mostly.

Hi Celeste,

Welcome!   It can be very challenging living with someone with BPD.

What kinds of concerning behaviors is your daughter exhibiting? What have you tried so far to make it easier for the both of you to get along?

While I'm sure this is stressful, you've come to the right place for understanding and support. There are many other parents here who are living with their children with BPD, and you'll find support and advice from them. To get started, this information may be helpful for you: What can a parent do?.

Hang in there, and please keep posting. We'll help you through this.

Hi Celeste,

Glad to have you here.

What caused your daughter to have to move back home after living independently for so long?

Look forward to hearing back from you.
