God I’m lonely. I’m staring at the same four walls and all I can think about is her, the source of my misery. I can smell her perfume in my apartment yet she never spent more than 3 nights here in all the time I knew her. My heart aches to feel her and have her talk to me, but it’s now shattered into a thousand pieces and all the super glue in the world couldn’t reattach the pieces.  I need to talk to her before I go crazy. I hate her but need her, I hate myself and have lost myself…

Even if you could talk to her, how do you think she would respond to you? I know how you feel. The loneliness. It is a heavy weight. Even 6 months of NC later, I still remember her voice. Hang in there. We know how you feel.

I feel for you, man. I know exactly how you feel. I think we all do.

The one thing you've got to remember though is that girl doesn't exist any more. That was just an act. She created that illusion just to get to you. She's not that person anymore. If you encountered her now, she wouldn't be what you expect her to be.

The girl you love wasn't real. It's a horrible truth to have to face. That's the way it is though. The sooner you accept it, the better off you'll be.

Things are never going to be how they were before.
