I'll just start by saying, I couldn't be happier right now.  We just had a new girl start at my work, landscaping.  She was hired as a gardener and we don't work together directly other than seeing each other in the morning and when the work day is over.  The day she started I was like "wow" she looks really cool.  The other day I asked her if she was single and interested in getting together sometime.  Her reply, "Laugh out loud (click to insert in post), I totally have a crush on you and yes, let's do something sometime!"  This is just what the doctor ordered, I'm doing great with my recovery and am gonna take things slow but DAMN!  We're gonna take a walk on the beach tomorrow Smiling (click to insert in post)

She sounds BPD. But all joking aside congrats and I hope everything goes well. You deserve it!

Excellent!

One suggestion: I don't know what your situation is, or how involved your BPDx is in your life, but go for full disclosure on her. If you like this lady, tell her everything... . maybe not on the first date, but do it early in the relationship. She needs to understand what you've been through, and, depending on your situation, needs to understand what she's getting into.

Go for 110% honesty. I did it with my lady, and we've been going strong for almost four years now.

And have a good time - you deserve it.

Thank you, yes, full disclosure for sure.  I'm not jumping into anything, just spending time with someone cool Smiling (click to insert in post)
