Since yesterday, we really breaked up. So far she has been painting me totally black and wont talk to me anymore.
Thing is, she has the keys to my apartment. Altough i dont think she will ever do anything bad here as she would fear the consequences of something like that i dont feel very well with her having a free entrance ticket to my house.
Do you think there is harm waiting some more time or should i try to change the lock asap?
Any personal experiences of someone who was in the same situation?

The only thing you can be sure of is unpredictability, at least in my case. A locksmith is your friend.

Thanks for your reply. Its true, she doesnt contact me at moment, is ignoring me, and i cant even know what she is thinking about. She was always vengeful in the past, but has changed a bit later on. And i didnt really make any real harm (despite the torture she says i made) or betrayed her. So i kinda feel safe to a certain point.
I guess ill have to change that lock :/ .

For piece of mind, locksmith. During one of the minor breakups before I knew about BPD, I demanded my key back. Naive me (at the time), got my key back, but didn't think 'what if she made a copy'. So after we got back together and there was another crisis, she let herself back into the apartment with the duplicate and took stuff off of me. And even then I still decided to move in with her... .

Damn, she did that to you? :S They always manage to surprise us. Dont feel bad for you decision. I think everyone of us made stupid decisions during our relationship. I know i still do them at the moment during this time of breakup.
She gave me the keys today. I had a moment of weakness and went to her place on the afternoon. Only resulted in more discussion and her giving the keys even without me asking for them. Ill call someone to change the lock anyway in that case as well. Thanks for the info. Dont want to have my stuff stolen or broken if she goes in a rage.
At moment everything is ok but i dunno how will be the next days.
