I am in need of an outlet.

[cross-posted from intro]
I am Jeff. I am divorced and have 2 teenaged boys.
Back before 2001 I learned what BPD is, and that my then-wife suffered from it, because I was personally diagnosed as "one who is in a relationship with someone suffering from BPD" which was diagnosis enough. I found "The Nook" in 2001 when my children were aged three and five, and I spent several hours out of the house at Kinkos plugged into the Internet each day. From that (this?) forum I learned about and then bought SWOE, and subsequently received support here, and other help from psychologists along the way for a few years.
So I've been separated for nine years, and achieved my goal of providing a home of my own for my boys. I have shared custody 50/50 (generally)... .but it doesn't really apply since they are 18 and 16 now, and the older one is FAR AWAY at college.
I don't want to create a novel, but you deserve this kind of general info so I can provide answers to questions if you've got any for me.
I need this. Ask away.
