Wish us luck

Well we are heading for a weekend away I bought for my uBPDh for his birthday mid year. I have been so anxious re his mood but he has been really trying. I am hoping for 3 days of no dysregulation. Keeping my validation technique handy but hoping we can both just relax. Wish us luck!

Keep in mind it is sometimes easier to focus on not being invalidating, rather than trying to overdo the validation. Especially as he may be on a hair trigger in unfamiliar surroundings.
