Anger...

Holy moly... .I'm having some anger thought/episodes (very few and far between) but when i do they are awful... i imagine me meeting her and shouting and being really nasty to her,they dont last more than a minute but i've never felt like this about her (even when she raged at me) before

Hey, I've thought of skinning my replacement, who knew she was engaged and still participated in back and forth inducing her to cheat and leave me for him. We all get angry sometimes.
