I would welcome any support. I have been in a relationship for almost 2 years and we were living together. He ended things abrubtly and Im feeling so lost and alone. I know in my heart it s for the best overall because it was a rollercoaster but I was hopeful still. Im just feeling very alone and sad for the loss of what i thought would be forever. Thanks for any input.

Hi Maggiemc73,
I am sorry you are going through this. I understand how difficult it is to end a relationship with someone, especially if it was ended abruptly. The circumstances of relationships that end suddenly can make anyone feel alone and lost. It is really painful ruminating and thinking about what you could have had. It can feel as if you are experiencing an enormous loss and dreams and hopes are gone in one fell swoop.
Talking about it really helps. What happened?
