This forum is a great resource for support, but I am wondering if there are any meetups/groups that you have tried and found helpful, or any phone lines you have called before?

As this is the umpteenth attempt at no contact with my uBPD, I know I need a lot of check-ins and support to get through it.

I do not know of any support groups but there are similar groups that you might want to consider AL ANON which is a group for spouses of alcoholics and drug addicts. There are also many groups that deal with domestic violence but I do not know of one that is specific to BPD. BPD takes on many forms and I had to look at myself very hard and joined love addiction group which is apart of sex addiction. For me, I had to be honest with myself to the point that I got help for me.
