I am on a posting jag tonight. Kind of in crisis. For those of you who are going through it or have gone through it, how do you stay strong? I mean, it's bad enough what they have done to us thus far. So many of my "reserves", emotional, physical and financial have been depleted. I am just scared that I am going to crack up.

And in a sad aside... .I threw away all our wedding pictures around the house and broke in half this celtic love spoon that she had given me once. It had always hung above our bed as a symbol of our love and sweet beginning. I am usually not a destroyer like that but I just wanted to break that love spoon ( which has survived so many arguments) and leave it in plain view for her to see. I just can't look at that lie anymore. I also wrote a note next to it: USER, LIAR, ABUSER, GOLD-Digger.

Yeah I am kinda losing it I guess. Sorry.

I don't know... .it has been a year and will be divorced in June. It's very hard is all I can say. I have gotten rid of almost everything in the house that reminds me of him. I think it just takes lots and lots of time and re-finding yourself. Learning it wasn't you and learning to avoid these people in the future. Hope you find some strength today... .
