VIDEO: "What is parental alienation?" Parental alienation is when a parent allows a child to participate or hear them degrade the other parent. This is not uncommon in divorces and the children often adjust. In severe cases, however, it can be devastating to the child. This video provides a helpful overview.

Just wanted to wish the Mom's here a happy mothers day. I'm sure for many this is the first mothers day without our BPDex's to spend it with as it is my first in 6 years. Last year on this day i had reservations to take her and her son to brunch and like every year before it turned into a sh-tshow as usual. It pains me so much to not reach out and wish her a happy mothers day as she has a wonderful 14 year old son that i adore and miss. I ve been nc for 2 month's and i can't do it. So to all you wonderful mom's enjoy your day and your children and remember as much as we are so wounded and heartbroken there are wonderful loving men in this world who will love you and respect you as there are many women to do the same to us wounded men.

Thank you

The last 3 years, my Mother's Day has been ruined because of my ex BPD bf and today, I enjoyed every minute of it because I finally had a very quiet and joyful mother's day with my kid.
