Here is my previous post about my situation:

https://bpdfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=292997.msg12755762#msg12755762

Quick summary - 2 years on and off relationship with pwBPD (properly diagnosed), 2nd time of being discard. He disappeared on March 2nd.

Since we work together, I see him every single day. He finally reached out and said "I am sorry." I said "for what?", and he just repeated "I am sorry." I said "ok" and I walked away. Not because I was trying to be mean, I just did not want to turn it into any conversation. Since then, I continue to pretend he is invisible at work, and he has been initiating to say hello, I would just politely respond back with a "hi", no "how are you", no "what's up".

My therapist wants me to mentally be prepared for another blow out, because this time I did not show any affection or signs to get back together with him. I am anxious, but I know I can handle it. Every time I have the urge to reach out, I would just email my therapist to write out what I want to say to him instead.

I DID GOOD! What did you do good to stay strong today?
