Yes - way trickier. My hub has PTSD from his mother who emotionally, physically and sexually abused him, and I was recently diagnosed with Complex PTSD from dealing with his BPD behaviors and abuse. I wish I had some advice for you, but at least know I relate to your situation and that you have a friend in me. You can always private msg me if you like.
