I believe this is the end of our relationship and it is going to be tough.
She is sleeping on the couch and I am sleeping in my bed after police involvement to return her home.

I'm sorry you are having difficult times. Sounds like your partner tried to harm herself by going out in such harsh weather without a coat. What events lead up to that situation?
Sounds like you made a final decision to break up. Is that correct? Have you thought about specifics of a break-up. Are you currently living together?
