BPD Wife, Sob but no tears?

My BPD wife (undiagnosed), she cried on few occasions about things, but in 7 year, i never once saw any tears.
Never cried when there was death in family, nothing. on occasions, when she would be mad/upset, I would see her sob but tears? fogettaboutit ... .anybody else experience anything similar? i just thought it was very strange n weird. Is this something to do with BPD or is that something else?
along that there were stranger things happening. like when she would be stressed/upset, she would pass out (unconscious) docs couldn't figure it out, they said she needs to be seen by nuerologist, Also during same stress/upset episodes due to the fact she is extremely sensitive person, she would form these puss filled blisters in her mouth.
she was telling me that she always had all these things through childhood. she said a homeopath once told here there could be some abnormality with her liver or from anxiety (blisters, puss etc)... weird.

My exBPD cried just a couple of times in 3 years... .once when her grandmother was buried and she said a few words at the gravesite. I knew there were other times that she was crying on the inside but she would never let it show... .seemed as though it almost irritated her when that happened.
