Hi
« on: June 28, 2017, 03:20:03 PM »

Hi, I'm Cat.

(I think) my husband has borderline personality disorder, so far undiagnosed but his therapist says it's possible but she doesn't want to say too soon. (One of my best friends has also been diagnosed with BPD and has been through treatment and has given me a lot of insight into the condition.) Right now I'm struggling quite a lot because the "good" periods between the bad ones are getting shorter. I'm trying to find ways to deal with it and communicate with him better, so that's why I'm here. He also has alcohol issues and is being treated for depression.

Hi moonrise,

Welcome to the boards! Welcome YOu've found a great place to begin improving your relationship with your pwBPD. We have a lot of workshops on the right side of the page that can teach you better ways to communicate with your pwBPD.
