I moved... Stalking begins again

So, moved this past weekend... .(S5 is parrot, we hear all he hears on visits I'm sure it goes both ways)

Coming home today, who's vehicle is up the block? No I live in another town, where she knows no-one, vehicle was empty but definitely hers by license plate (How the heck she found us again... .? Must have followed from old place during move?) Grabbed a picture for proof.

Police didn't catch up with her, not sure they could do anything anyway, no EPO or no contact in place at the moment. Other than warn her, ask her to leave and document. They're aware of our issues, so a call was made at least saying GTFO once they saw the picture.

Guess the security cameras are next task, getting lawyer to send a nastygram... .Not sure what else to do.

Not sure why I'm writing this, guess venting a bit, done what I can - doubt there's more to be done... .

I'm confused did you mean a parrot kay have told her where you moved?

Regardless that is very creepy.  My x knows a lot about people in my neighborhood too ... stuff he really shouldn't know. 

I'm glad you reported it to the police... .is it possible maybe it's a new friend of hers that lives on your street?

I think most of us stay hyper vigilant after these breakups... I know I have to... .anytime I see a car the color of my x I immediately look at the back to see if it has the unique mark that his does.

No 5yr olds have habits of repeating everything said in their earshot... .We occasionally call him a parrot as we hear more than we want to about what happens at her house. So we assume the same goes the other way.

No, we don't tell her anything about our life - as this isn't the first stalking incident. Last time around she only stayed out of jail due to only having a no contact order so following my new partner isn't contact nor is it involving me - but still got her warnings and run out of town.

She's figured out where we live through 4 moves now. I guess on the bright side I can not stress about not updating my DL and car registration... .

Court date coming up in 6 weeks, hopefully get a protection order but... .I'm not holding my breath.

If she could prove she had business in the neighbourhood I'd love to hear it. But the police would have said she had reason to be around if she had made a statement of defense in the matter... .

She did that on a previous encounter - claimed she was shopping at a local store... .We heard about her intentions. However Continually using the excuse and not being on a path between her city and that store - and in my residential neighbourhood miles away - led the police to not believe her... .
