Hi again
Toomanypets,
I'm glad the link was helpful.

Remember to not be too hard on yourself though as you learn. You've been conditioned and trained to respond a certain way. It's wonderful that you gained some insight and can begin to see where you may be able to make some adjustments that can help you.

One thing to remember is that the adjustments and learning will help YOU. You will learn more about BPD, how to navigate the rough waters, what behaviors you can expect to see in your sibling, and many more things. The best way to be able to help someone with BPD is by helping yourself grow and learn. Protecting yourself is important to help you get stronger. Does that make sense?
What other topics about BPD are of particular interest to you? What questions do you have?
