Welcome!

You are in the right place.

I hear your despair.

When I get like that, all there is for me is getting self care, excellent self care, something I enjoy, that brings me peacefulness.  It could be feeding the ducks at the park.  Something to bring quiet to my racing head.

Read here, post more, whatever you are comfortable to share, reaching out is helpful to me, there are caring, wise, experienced folks here who make a difference.

Hang in there!

Welcome tiredsotired,

*Welcome*,

I'm sorry things have been so hard in your relationship. Can you share a little more about what has been going on? How long have you been together?

hi

i dont even know where to start.

i miss the days when my life was normal and i could make plans and live a normal life.
everything seems to revolve around him. i have missed so many commitments and stopped functioning almost at some points because of the constant drama that has become my home.

tiredsotired,  I'm sorry for the bad situation you're experiencing, but am glad you have found us.  The support and learning you can find here can help.  Sometimes is can be totally overwhelming, and where to start seems hard to figure out.

Let's start with the basics.  Then we can slowly pull on a thread or two, and before you know it we'll be getting to some issues where support and learning can make a difference.  How long have you been in this relationship?  Do you live together?
