My user name is Eyeore.  STOP WALKING ON EGGSHELLS IS MY GO TO BOOK.  For 18 1/2 yrs. I have lived in this ware zone and never knowing when I will step on a land mine.
I have been screamed at and abandoned on trips over I don’t even know what happened.
My adult children are tired of the drama and after this last time, over a piece of lasagna, I am making future plans.
I am retired and on a very fixed income so leaving isn’t that easy.
When he’s good he’s good and when he’s bad he’s horrid.
I don’t know what and where to go.
He is a child in a mans body and I feel sorry for him.
I don’t want to lose my children over this.

Hi Eeyore,

Welcome

Sorry to hear you are struggling so much. Are you decided about leaving? I notice you posted here on Bettering and Reversing a Breakup.

Can you tell us more about why you are afraid you will lose your adult children over this? You think they might not be supportive of you? What would their reactions be to what you are thinking about, or are doing?

with compassion, pearl.
