Well, yes. I’m guilty of this.

I recognized some significant indications of this type of pattern for myself in June. Tried to have a conversation with husband about this, thus continuing the repetition. Shaking my head at myself. sometimes all I can do is utter a string of profanities and laugh at my own folly.

First step in making progress is recognizing the problem.
